Cialis is used for:
Treating erectile dysfunction (ED)

Cialis is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor. It works by helping to increase blood flow in the penis during sexual stimulation. This helps to achieve and maintain an erection.
Do not use Cialis if:

* Are you allergic to any ingredient of Cialis
* We have serious kidney problems and will be kept day Cialis
* You have serious liver problems or certain hereditary degenerative eye problems (such as retinitis pigmentosa)
* You have some heart problems (for example, unstable angina, angina during sexual intercourse, severe heart failure, irregular heartbeat uncontrolled), low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure
* You have had a heart attack in the last 90 days or a stroke over the last 6 months
* You take nitrates (for example, isosorbide, nitroglycerine) in any form (for example, tablet, capsule, patch, ointment) or nitroprusside
* There was recommended by the doctor to avoid sexual activity due to heart problems
* You use some recreational drugs called “poppers” (for example, amyl nitrate, butyl nitrates)

* Alpha-blocker (for example, doxazosin), medication for high blood pressure, nitrates (for example, isosorbide, nitroglycerin) or because nitroprusside severe low blood pressure with dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting may occur
* Antifungals azoles (eg itraconazole), HIV protease inhibitors (for example, ritonavir), macrolide antibiotics (such as erythromycin), or because telithromycin may increase the risk of Cialis’ s side effects
* Rifampin because it can decrease Cialis’ s effectiveness

This may not be a complete list of all interactions that may occur. Ask your health care provider if Cialis can interact with other medications you take. Check with your health care provider before you start, stop or change the dose of any medicine.
Using Cialis:

Cialis use as directed by your doctor. Check the label on the medicine for exact dosage instructions.

* An extra leaflet is available with Cialis. Speak with your pharmacist if you have questions about this information.
* Take Cialis mouth with or without food.
* To use as needed: take Cialis at least 30 minutes before sexual activity, as indicated by your doctor. Cialis can work for up to 36 hours after take.
* For everyday use: take Cialis regularly about the same time every day.
* Talk with your doctor if you have questions about how you should take Cialis.
* Check with your doctor before you eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice while you are taking Cialis pills.
* To use as needed: If you miss a dose of Cialis on-line and means to engage in sexual activity, take it as soon as you remember. Continue to take as directed by your doctor. For everyday use: If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to adjust the frequency of administration. Do not take 2 doses at once.

Ask your health care provider any questions about how to use Cialis.
Important safety information:

* Cialis can cause dizziness, drowsiness, fainting or blurred vision. These effects may be worse if taken with alcohol or certain drugs. Cialis use with caution. Do not drive or perform other tasks as may be dangerous until you know how to react to it.
* Cialis can cause dizziness, lightheadedness or fainting; alcohol, hot weather, exercise, or fever may increase these effects. To avoid that, sit up or stand slowly, especially in the morning. Sit or lie down at the first sign of one of these effects.
* Do not drink large quantities of alcohol (for example, 5 or more drinks), while taking Cialis pills. In this way may increase the risk of dizziness, headache, rapid heartbeat and low blood pressure.
* Patients with heart problems who take Cialis may be at increased risk of heart-related side effects, including heart attack or stroke. Symptoms of a heart attack can include chest, shoulder, neck or jaw pain, numbness of an arm or leg; severe dizziness, headache, nausea, stomach pain or vomiting, fainting or vision changes. Symptoms of a stroke may include confusion, vision or speech change; unilateral weakness, or fainting. Contact your doctor or seek medical attention immediately if you experience these symptoms.
Cialis May rarely cause prolonged, painful erection. This could happen even when you’re not having sex. If this is not treated immediately, could lead to sexual problems as permanent impotence. Immediately your doctor if this happens.
* May Cialis uncommonly cause mild, temporary vision changes (for example, blurred vision, sensitivity to light, blue / green tint of color vision) contact your doctor if you persist vision changes or be serious.
* Do not use other drugs or treatments for erectile dysfunction while you are taking Cialis pills.
* Cialis does not stop the spread of HIV or other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) to others through sexual contact. Use barrier methods of birth control (such as condoms) if you have HIV infection or an STD.
* Cialis not prevent pregnancy. If your partner can become pregnant and want to avoid pregnancy, be sure to use an effective form of birth control.
Cialis * Use with caution in elderly patients, but may be more sensitive to its effects.
* Cialis is not recommended for use in children; safety and efficacy in children has not been confirmed.
* Pregnancy and lactation: Cialis is not approved for use in women. If you become pregnant, contact your doctor. Need to discuss the benefits and risks of Cialis, while you are pregnant.
