Lately you hear everywhere on the toxicity of most of the usual anesthetics which are sold without a prescription. What is the way out? A suffer from pain? Or to visit a healer? Let’s not panic and try to analyze. At first glance the abundance of these drugs is enormous. But most of anesthetics has known only four major variants of active substance, in other words anesthetics in different packaging are the same, namely: Analgin, aspirin, ibuprofen and paracetamol.

Analgin (Metamizole sodium) is one of the most widely available and anesthetic. But unfortunately, is the most dangerous.

Its use is banned in Australia, Britain, Germany and the United States of America for more than decades. Regularly used this drug can affect liver function and hematosis cause problems. Scientists Russians are more tolerant to Analgin. Many drugs have Analgin on their base: Baralgin, Pentalgin, Spasgan, Tempalgin. However, they strongly suggest not to use Analgin if you have problems hematosis and liver function. Analgin is prohibited for children under 18 years.

Men’s sexual problems may have cheaper solution in the form of Kamagra An Indian pharmaceutical came up with a cheaper version of Viagra called Kamagra. It’s the same compound as Sildenafil Citrate, used for the global brand. But the Indian version relates to the more popular word, kama, which is a Sanskrit word meaning sex.

Kamagra followed in the footsteps of Viagra and Cialis, and drew the attention of men in droves. Kamagra is of recent manufacture to treat the massive incidence of erectile dysfunction. Writes Michael Bob, “The working principle is basically dilation of the arteries in the penis, thus allowing to blood to fill into the Sinusoids; once the veins are compressed, it allows for sustenance of the erections, by way of duration and satisfaction, the window period being anything between half an hour to four hours.”

It is important to remember though, says Bob, that the minor side effects cannot be ruled out, considering the chemical composition of the drug and medical implications of the user. “Some of the more commonly reported side effects have been headache, flushing, upset stomach, running nose etc; once you’ve consulted your physician, remember to steer clear of a high fat intake. Those on Nitrates are to absolutely avoid this one. Also, one pill in 24 hours is the recommended dosage. Alcohol too is to be ruled out. It is best to pop it in just an hour before intercourse.”
