Men’s sexual problems may have cheaper solution in the form of Kamagra An Indian pharmaceutical came up with a cheaper version of Viagra called Kamagra. It’s the same compound as Sildenafil Citrate, used for the global brand. But the Indian version relates to the more popular word, kama, which is a Sanskrit word meaning sex.

Kamagra followed in the footsteps of Viagra and Cialis, and drew the attention of men in droves. Kamagra is of recent manufacture to treat the massive incidence of erectile dysfunction. Writes Michael Bob, “The working principle is basically dilation of the arteries in the penis, thus allowing to blood to fill into the Sinusoids; once the veins are compressed, it allows for sustenance of the erections, by way of duration and satisfaction, the window period being anything between half an hour to four hours.”

Other endpoints include a measurement of the percent of suc- cessful attempts at intercourse and a measurement of the International Index of Erectile Function ( LIEF ) with changes in the erectile function domain score from baseline to study completion . Using this score , values less than 10 sug- gest severe ED and values higher than 26 suggest normal erectile function . Other methods used for measurement include sexual encounter profile ques- tions ( SEP ). The SEP-2 asks , ” Were you able to insert your penis into your partner ‘ s vagina ” and the SEP-3 asks , ” Did your erections last long enough to have successful intercourse ?”
